From search to supplier contact in four steps
Every profile is structured so you can compare factories before you reach out. Where contact details are hidden, the factory has not yet published a direct contact channel.
Search the factory directory
Filter by product keyword, manufacturing process or industrial province — including Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu — across 24 core manufacturing sectors.
Compare verified factory profiles
Review the business-license status, factory type, main processes, certifications and up to six product photos before you shortlist a supplier.
Send an RFQ or direct inquiry
Describe your specifications, target quantity and delivery window. Attach drawings or reference images so the factory can quote accurately.
Contact the factory directly
Verified profiles that publish contact details show the factory's phone, WhatsApp, email and official website. There are no buyer fees and no trading-agency commissions.
Five checks before you place an order
Verification is a starting point, not a guarantee. Use these checks to compare suppliers and reduce risk before you pay a deposit.
Confirm the legal entity
Ask for the business licence and check that the company name, address and bank account match the quotation and invoice.
Confirm it is a factory
Review factory type, main processes and production lines. Trading companies can list too, but they should disclose their role.
Validate certifications
Ask for current ISO, CE, FDA or industry certificates and confirm the scope covers the product you are buying.
Request samples and a spec sheet
Test the product, confirm materials and tolerances, and agree the inspection standard before mass production.
Agree terms and payment protection
Confirm Incoterms, lead time, packaging and payment schedule. Avoid paying a full deposit to a personal account.
What we check before a factory goes live
Verification is manual, document-based and tied to the factory record — not a paid badge. It protects buyers from trading-company listings and gives genuine factories a credible profile.
Business-license audit
The Chinese business license number, company name, registered capital and operating status are checked against the uploaded document.
Factory capability profile
Factory type, main processes, production lines, certifications and export experience are captured in a structured, comparable profile.
Product showcase
Each factory can publish up to six product photos, keeping profiles concise and focused on core manufacturing capabilities.
Direct contact guarantee
Featured profiles publish the factory's phone, WhatsApp, email and official website — with no trading-agency intermediary.
Frequently asked questions
The practical details behind verification, contact access, samples and payments.
How do I know a factory is legitimate?
Look for the verification badge and read the licence status on the profile. Verification checks the business licence, ownership and company details — but it is not a quality guarantee, so always request samples and confirm payment terms before ordering.
Do buyers pay any fees or commissions?
No. Searching the directory, comparing profiles, posting RFQs and sending enquiries are free for buyers. Featured plans are paid by factory owners only.
What does verification actually check?
The Chinese business licence number, company name, registered capital and operating status are checked against the uploaded document. It does not audit product quality, financial standing or export performance — buyers should still perform due diligence.
Can I request samples or a factory inspection?
Yes — arrange samples, audits and inspections directly with the supplier. We do not inspect goods or guarantee quality, so use a third-party inspection service for larger orders.
How do I compare factories?
Compare licence status, factory type, main processes, certifications, location and product photos on each profile. Shortlist two or three suppliers and request quotes against the same specification.
The factory stopped replying. What should I do?
Send us the listing link, order or inquiry ID and payment date. We can review the listing, contact the supplier through our verification desk and flag the profile if it fails review. We cannot recover funds — contact your bank or payment provider in parallel.
Do you help with shipping, payment or customs?
No. The platform is a directory, not a trading company or payment intermediary. Work with your own freight forwarder, bank or payment provider for shipping, customs and payment protection.
Why are contact details hidden on some profiles?
Unclaimed registry records hide contact details so buyers are not sent to the wrong business. Contacts appear only after the factory claims the listing, completes verification and publishes a direct channel.
